Seller policies
These are the ground rules for selling on mrpokepacks. By applying to sell, you agree to them.
Selling access
There is no application and no waiting: create your shop, connect your Stripe account, and you can sell. We keep the marketplace trustworthy the other way around โ through accountability. Every listing standard in these policies applies from your first sale, and a pattern of misrepresented cards, bad-faith conduct, or orders that never ship will get your selling access suspended or removed. Sellers are responsible for their own interactions with buyers; our job is to make sure the people who stay are the ones the community can trust.
Accurate listings
Describe your cards honestly โ card name, set, card number, printing, and condition. Grade to the worst flaw on the card, not the best: a crease, bend, surface scratch or soft corner means Moderately Played or worse no matter how clean the rest looks. Photograph the actual card you are selling, including the back, and show any flaw you have described. Anything listed as graded must state the grading company and the cert number. Reprints, proxies, and altered, trimmed or resurfaced cards must be clearly disclosed as such.
Packing & shipping
Pack so the card survives a machine. The minimum for a single of any value is a penny sleeve inside a toploader or semi-rigid, sealed in a team bag so the card cannot slide out. Use tracked shipping for valuable orders, and ship slabs boxed with padding rather than in a bare mailer. You set your own shipping rate on each listing. Auction wins charge and ship with your standard rate โ if you want to offer faster or upgraded shipping, a good pattern is listing it as a purchasable add-on in your shop. State your packing policy clearly โ it shows on every card auction you post. You are responsible for packing and shipping your cards safely and on time.
Authenticity & condition
Sellers are responsible for shipping authentic, accurately graded, correctly identified cards, packed to survive transit. Knowingly selling a counterfeit, a resealed pack, a trimmed or altered card, or a slab whose cert does not match its contents will result in removal of your listings, suspension, and a permanent ban from the platform. A demonstrated pattern of cards arriving materially below their listed condition, or of damage caused by inadequate packing, may result in the same.
Payments & fees
Once your shop is created, you'll find a link in your dashboard that takes you to Stripe to set up your account. After your Stripe account is set up, you can start listing โ and when buyers win, payment is collected for you automatically: every bidder has a card on file, and it's charged right away when the auction ends. Payments are processed through Stripe on your connected account: you receive payouts directly, handle your own taxes, and everything payment-related is managed in your Stripe portal. mrpokepacks takes a 4% platform fee; Stripe charges their standard processing fee.
Transactions are between buyer and seller
mrpokepacks is a platform that connects buyers and sellers. We are not a party to your sales. Each transaction, and the resolution of any dispute, is solely between the buyer and the seller. mrpokepacks is not responsible for the outcome of any transaction, and does not authenticate, grade, or verify any card listed on the site.
General conduct
Treat buyers fairly and communicate promptly. A pattern of bad reviews, misrepresented cards, or failure to deliver may also result in removal from the platform.
